Team feed

The team feed is a shared timeline for your company. People post updates and photos, and JobTill adds business events like completed jobs and accepted quotes automatically. Money and customer issues stay visible to admins only.

How to turn the feed on

The team feed is in beta. It's off by default, and JobTill switches it on for your company on request. Email hello@jobtill.com. Once it's released to you, an admin turns it on under Features → Company Feed.

How to post

1. Open Feed: in the left menu for the office, or the Feed tab in the crew app.
2. Type in the box. Type @ to mention a teammate, or # to link a job.
3. Click Photo to add up to 6 photos.
4. Click Post.

To change or remove your own post, use the More menu on it (Edit or Delete). Edited posts show Edited, and anyone can see the earlier versions.

How to comment and like

Under any post, click Like or Comment. Mentions work in comments too.

How to choose your notifications

Use Notify me to choose what you hear about: mentions, comments on your posts, likes on your posts, or every new post. You can also mute the feed for 8 hours or until tomorrow.

Who sees what

• Everyone: posts, completed jobs, clock-ins, blocked visits, photos added, bookings, quote and agreement responses, and new teammates.
• Admins only: new leads, payments, overdue invoices, add-on and change-order responses, and customer issues. Admins can filter by Money.
