How to use the schedule board

How to find jobs that need attention

On the Jobs page, use the filters:

Search by job number, service or client. The dashboard also shows overdue jobs under Needs Attention.

Job statuses

Quote → Scheduled → Assigned → In Progress → Completed (or Needs Review) → Invoiced. A job can also be Cancelled: a quote you mark as lost or a recurring visit you cancel is kept under the Cancelled filter. Delete job removes a one-off job permanently. To move a job by hand, use the Change Status buttons on the job.

How to correct visit times

  1. Open the job and scroll to Visit History. It lists every time your crew clocked in and out.
  2. Use the edit icon to fix a time, or Add time to add a visit someone forgot to clock.
  3. Click Save changes or Add visit.

Every correction is recorded in the job's diary. Changing times affects hours and revenue-per-hour reports.
