Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of JobTill.
1. Acceptance
By creating a JobTill account or using the JobTill service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Service description
JobTill is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for field-service businesses. It manages clients, jobs, quotes, recurring services, schedules, technician workflows, invoices, and money reporting. The Service is operated by Cornerstone Digital Group LLC ("we", "us", "JobTill").
3. Account, plan, and billing
- You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. The plan selected at signup determines included users, modules, and limits.
- If you exceed included users, overage charges may apply at the rate shown on jobtill.com/pricing at the time of overage.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.
- We may revise prices on 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
4. Free trial
JobTill may offer a free trial period. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe; if you do not, your account becomes read-only and data is retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to send spam or phishing communications.
- Upload malware, viruses, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to circumvent security controls, scrape the Service at scale, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm individuals or businesses.
6. Your data
You own your data. JobTill claims no ownership over the clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos, and other content you enter or upload ("Tenant Data"). We process Tenant Data solely to provide the Service.
You grant JobTill a limited license to host, transmit, and process Tenant Data as necessary to operate the Service. We use third-party subprocessors (listed in the Privacy Policy) to provide hosting, payment, email, and similar infrastructure.
7. Tenant client payments
JobTill integrates with Stripe Connect so that your customers can pay your invoices. Payments flow directly from your customers to your connected Stripe account. JobTill does not hold customer payment funds. You are responsible for compliance with Stripe's terms and applicable payment regulations.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruption.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the admin dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where reasonable.
- On termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After 60 days, Tenant Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBTILL'S LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JobTill harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
