Frequently asked
How do I apply for beta access?
Visit jobtill.com/beta and complete the short application. No credit card required. Accepted customers are invited directly to the platform.
Do you offer onboarding help?
Yes — every new account gets a free 30-minute setup call to walk through the cleaning calculator, scheduling, quotes, and invoicing. Email us to book a time.
How does billing work?
Monthly or annual subscription, billed through Stripe. Annual billing saves 17%. You can change or cancel your plan from the admin dashboard at any time.
How do my customers pay invoices?
JobTill connects to your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. When you send an invoice, your customer receives a Pay Now link that lets them pay by card. Funds go directly to your Stripe account — JobTill never holds your customer payments.
Can I import data from another system?
Yes. We can help you import clients, locations, recurring service schedules, and price-book items from CSV. Email us with a sample of your current data and we'll quote a timeline.
Is my data backed up?
Your data is stored in Supabase Postgres with continuous point-in-time backups. You also own your data — you can export reports, PDFs, and CSVs at any time from the admin dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
In the JobTill admin app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. If you're the last administrator on the account, this will also delete your company workspace. We retain backups for 30 days in case of accidental deletion, then permanently remove all data.
What if I have a billing dispute or a question about a charge?
Email hello@jobtill.com with your account email and we'll respond same business day.
Is there a mobile app?
JobTill works on any modern mobile browser today. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon — sign up to be notified.
