From jobtill.com/blog. Use one sheet per walk-through; number items so they're easy to talk about.
How to use it
- Walk room by room in the same order every time, and write the location first so a sub can find the item without calling you.
- Give every item one owner and one date. An item that belongs to "everyone" doesn't get done.
- Take a photo of each item before and after, and get the client's signature on the same sheet when the list is closed.
